- How do I upload my pattern book? Tap the bid period on the home screen, then tap Upload PDF to select your ARMS pattern book.
- What PDF format is supported? BidCheck supports the standard ARMS pattern book PDF exported from the crew portal.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings on your iPad → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BidCheck, then tap Cancel Subscription.
- My optimization looks wrong — what should I do? Email us with your bid brief and we'll take a look.
Subscription & Billing
